I had a request for the Moon Palace's pasta with pineapple salad today, our commenter said it was served at the pool side bar, I am always stuffing my face with nachos when I am over there. That being said, I can't make up a copy cat recipe for you. When I go to Mexico in November for the annual Minch vacation, I will scope it out! Thanks for the request, sorry I couldn't help.
