I am always telling Matt that my dream is to have double ovens, I know sad right? Well I am going to Sur La Table today to pick up this multi-tiered oven rack. It fits in nicely next to the turkey and will prevent the melt down caused by not being able to cook all your sides. At $22 well worth the cost!

What a great idea. I am headed there tomorrow to pick up one. I couldn't agree with you more about that double oven. If we ever remodel our kitchen I am definitely putting them in.
