Lemon Rum Cake

We have another birthday in the family. (We have a lot in August) I decided to mix it up from a traditional cake this time. This is a really simple cake but everyone loves it. It is very moist & flavorful. I think everyone likes deserts with liquor. I think this is my mom's favorite.
Cake:
1 (18.25 ounce) box yellow cake mix
1 small box vanilla instant pudding
4 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup rum

Glaze:
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup water
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup rum

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Grease and flour a Bundt pan. Pour batter in pan. Bake for 1 hour. While still hot pour glaze into pan. Cool. Invert onto a platter.
Melt butter. Stir in water and sugar. Boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in rum.
