Another Friendly Recipe: Brunch Casserole

What's a busy cook to do when she has house guests & they need to eat breakfast? You could make pancakes or french toast but you would be flipping them all morning. Well if you have a great friend like Marnie, who is a friend from the Minch's days in Italy, you have a recipe for an amazing Brunch Casserole.
1 lb sausage, hot, browned
1 can crescent rolls (at least 8 oz.)
1-1/2 Cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
4 eggs, beaten
3/4 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Brown sausage. DRAIN WELL. Spray 9x12 baking dish. Flatten dough in bottom. Press firmly to seal. Sprinkle sausage and cheese over dough.
Combine other ingredients and pour over top. Bake at 425 degrees 15 minutes or until eggs are done. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
Easy and good! ~Marnie Bertolasio
Anyone who reads this regularly knows what I would do, substitute the salt & pepper for Cavenders!
